What Tend stores
Your sign-in details, your onboarding answers (values, snapshot scores and their history, focus area, Enneagram type if shared, learning style), the name of the person in your corner if you add one, what you're growing toward, your conversations with your coach and their summaries, your action items, your garden progress, and your email preference.
How it's used
Your answers and conversations are sent to an AI model so your coach can write replies that are personal to you. Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider and only used to run Tend for you.
Emails from Tend
We may email you about your account. If you opt in, we'll also send occasional updates about Tend. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Never sold
Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers, and we don't use your conversations to train AI models.
Who can see it
Your conversations, answers, and action items are private to your account, and other members can never see them. As the app's owner, Kate can see account emails and has database access to keep Tend running. If you opt in to "Help improve Tend," Kate may review your conversations with your account name and email removed to improve how the coach responds. You can turn this off anytime on your Profile page. If you rate a reply or send feedback, Kate can see that reply and your feedback to improve the coach.
Deleting your data
Choose "Delete my data" in "Your data" at the bottom of your Profile page. This permanently deletes your account, conversations, action items, and garden. There's no undo.
